Manglaze - Fuggen Ugly and Fuck off and Dye

After seeing a picture posted by Manglaze on facebook showing swatches of their colors on each finger, I thought these two would look good together. I bought the pink because of its name and I figured since it was matte, I could possible wear it on my nails on a pink Wednesday. The nail tech put a top coat on the pedi. I was on the fence whether I liked matte on my toes. I feel like I am doing something wrong when I make Manglaze polishes shinny. She tried to put a top coat over Fuggen Ugly on my nails and I stopped her. I love the look of the Manglaze polishes on my nails. They are matte with some shimmer. I get a bit of bling and not look to shinny. Matte grey's and black's just seem kind of masculine. It is a contrast to my pedicure which is not so masculine looking. The thing about the pedicure is that I like how it looks and that's all that counts.

After seeing a picture of Royal Matterimoaning sponged with Matte is murder over it, I want to try it so bad. I love the gradient look.

Manglaze - Nawsome Sauce

I was hoping to go for a manicure with Manglaze Nawsome Sauce. However, the timing didn't work out and they were way too busy. Since I am going on a shopping trip with my cousin and Aunt tomorrow, I thought it would be a good time to test drive this polish. Waitresses and cashiers often will comment on polishes.

This polish went on easy and looks good with two coats. I tried it with and without a topcoat. I did my toes with this color and put a top coat on it. On my fingers, I left them matte with the exception of the ring fingers.

As with the other Manglaze polishes, I think they are a great option for a guy to wear. You get color without being to shinny but not to flat looking. It seems like the best of both worlds. I can't wait to get the next two polishes I ordered from them.

ps. I find it annoying that the camera picks up polish I missed when cleaning up. I thought I had done a good job with cleanup (I was sadly mistaken!).

Dirty hands and Fuggen Uggly nails!

My hands are all dirty from tearing this machine apart. However, the polish didn't look out of place on my dirty hands. Fuggen Uggly is about the same color as the carbon dust that is all over my hands. If I were wearing a pretty blue, it would look out of place. If there ever was a working guy, get your hands dirty polish, this is it! The amazing part is that it held up to a day of work with out getting mangled. Two dirty thumbs up for this polish!
