I am so bummed, my polish didn't arrive.

I ordered a couple of polishes last week and they aren't here yet. Tomorrow is pedicure day and I really wanted to take the BB Couture Apollo with me. I still hate standing at the polish rack. Too many choices. I am also getting a manicure. I wish they had OPI My private Jet. I think that would look awesome for a manicure for a guy.  I try to get it every time I go to the mall. No one ever has it. Should I match my toes to my nails?

  1. Hey Jim, Been following a bunch, but not posting (had a tree crash through our roof, house under repairs). Noticed you are looking for "My Private Jet". It has been discontinued. I have a partial bottle, and it does look good on both guys toes and fingers (did it once at work too, ladies loved it). You can find it at amazon or on ebay for less (including shipping) than what you would've paid for it in stores.

  2. Bummer about your polish! I hate it when that happens!

As for matching fingers/toes-- I generally don't, but mainly because I want to be able to use twice as many polishes. But I think matching is fine!

  3. Can't wait to see what you end up getting. I'd say go for different fingers and toes.

  4. Cat, that's funny because I was thinking if they were different, I would get to try two colors! Kevin, Sorry to hear about the tree. When I am in Seattle at the end of the month, we are going to be searching for polishes. I am tired of the crummy selection on this Island.

  5. Hi there! I got your link from Manicured Monkey and immediately followed you/added you to my blog roll. I have to say I really admire your courage! Most people won't do what they love for fear of being ridiculed. You may be taking small steps, but you are taking them! I look forward to reading about your journey :)

  6. Thanks, I decided trying to deny my interest in polish was making me unhappy. I can handle the occasional funny look.
