This polish has the same satin finish as Key Largo and American Gigolo. I decided to try this one with a top coat of Seche Vite. I like the satin finish, but you have to be real good about applying it evenly. The thing that I like about this polish is the blue looks a tiny bit greyish. It has the same feel to it as OPI Ski Teal We Drop but in a truer blue. The inside picture under my eco-friendly LED light bulb is truest to how this polish looks most of the time. As soon as I was done with my left hand, I had already decided I wasn't taking it off and was wearing for my NOTD for tomorrow with my blue scrubs. If asked about the polish tommorow, I am going to fess up about doing it my self and let them know I am a blogger. This is way more fun to blog about than say the current republican primaries. Although, I did blog about Santorum, But that was the Manglaze polish names after the candidate.
In summary, this polish should be in most guys wheel house. It is a conservative yet very nice darker blue, but not so dark as to be mistaken for black. I have a few other darker blues that only reveal their awesomeness in mega sunlight. This polish looks great in any light. Check back, if I get some sunlight tomorrow, I will add a daylight picture.
