A break from nail art after Halloween

Hello,

After Halloween I felt a need to step back and recharge. I also have been busy leading up to Thanksgiving. I traveled back to my hometown for the holiday. I wore the same polish for over a week. It was BB Couture Briquette. It is a nice dark gray with some fine shimmer in it. It held up for an entire week. I packed my polish and topcoat in case I needed to redo them, but I never had to get them out.

I decided to go with a this nice brick type of red from BB Couture called Uninvited. I choose it because I didn't want a Christmas red yet. I'll gear up for some Christmas manis soon.

A Facebook friend posted a picture of these shoes and I thought I could do some nail art that would go really well. I did them on a silicone mat. I then peeled them off and sent them in an envelope. I think they really go well with the shoes.

Nail Art I did as a decal to match a friends shoes.

    1. I have a hard time working on my own feet. So, I started doing the stamping on the silicone mat and then transferring to my toes. I also do the decals for my daughter for holidays.

  2. That nail art really looks great with the shoes. I'm not so good in it as you are so usually I go for a mini pedicure to a salon.

  12. Have you considered adopting those shoes outside Halloween?
It would be cool, even with your stockier physical makeup, because as you said, and I agree, it's not trying to be a woman or "crossdressing", it might be for some people and it's all about fine and cool (i find it a fascinating world), but no, the point is that nice or less plain clothes should not have a gender in themselves. Though it might be argued they are about "daintyness", but that's relative.

    1. The picture with the shoes are not me. I sent nail art decals I painted to a friend and he put them on his toes. The shoes and feet are his. I wear a size 15 men's shoe. I wish I could find some sandals that are less clunky than typical men's sandals.
